The foundations of your training

01 - Awakening the life force

Life force energy is not something we chase - it’s something we awaken to. In this training, you’ll receive and learn to facilitate powerful energy sessions designed to optimize the flow of Prana in the body and activate the intelligence of Shakti. These sessions expand awareness and attune the body to higher frequencies, allowing the natural unfolding of Kundalini-Shakti.

As a participant, you’ll experience multiple activations to prepare your system to become a clear vessel - and you’ll also build the confidence, sensitivity, and skill to hold space for others. This is not about controlling energy, but surrendering to the intelligence that already lives within you.

02 - Kundalini theory

Rooted in the ancient wisdom of the Vedas, Kundalini-Shakti is the primal life force that lies dormant at the base of the spine - waiting for the right conditions to awaken. When activated, it begins a profound and unique spiritual unfolding that connects us to our deepest potential and highest truth.

In this training, you’ll receive a grounded theoretical understanding of the Kundalini process, its stages, and how to recognize, support, and integrate this awakening - both within yourself and in others. We honor the individual nature of the Kundalini journey, and equip you with the knowledge to meet it with reverence, clarity, and presence.

03 - Embodied Oneness: Non-Duality, Tantra & Coherence

This is the heart of our work. The lived experience that nothing is separate. You are not here to escape your humanness - you are here to embody divinity through it.

We merge non-dual philosophy with tantric embodiment and deep somatic integration. Through breath, movement, sound, and presence, you dissolve separation and become a vessel of life itself. Not in theory: in your nervous system, in your cells, in your everyday presence.

You’ll learn to build coherence between your inner truth and outer expression. To stay grounded in love, even in the chaos. This is where energy becomes leadership. Where spirituality becomes real. This is not about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering what you already are - and having the capacity to live it.

04 - Sacred space holding

True transformation requires a safe, held container. In this pillar, we teach the sacred art of space holding - how to create energetically safe sessions and ceremonies, and how to open and close both space and your own energetic field with precision and care.

You’ll learn how to become a clean channel for life force without absorbing or holding what isn’t yours - so you stay nourished, protected, and in service. This includes techniques for energy hygiene, clearing, and creating deep energetic boundaries.

This is the training within the training. The unseen structure that allows magic to happen - safely, powerfully, and sustainably.

How the training unfolds

Before: opening the portal

This is not just a course - it’s a transformational journey over six months. It begins with energetic preparation. Before we meet, you’ll receive clear guidance on how to begin cleansing and aligning all your bodies - physical, emotional, mental, and energetic - so you can arrive open, grounded, and ready to receive. We offer a holistic approach to diet - not just what you eat, but what you consume with your eyes, your thoughts, your environment. This preparation phase is an essential part of attuning your field to what’s coming.

One week before we gather in person, we meet online for an initiation call - a soft opening of the space where the group field begins to form and your system begins to align with the transmission of the training.

During: the initiation

Then, we meet at the beautiful retreat space Bäddar & Ängar in Österlen, Sweden - surrounded by open skies, wild nature, and deep stillness. For five immersive days, we live together in a sacred field of presence, embodiment, and transformation.

Here, you will receive:

  • Training in space holding for 1:1 sessions, group work, and ceremony

After: becoming the transmission

After the in-person training, we journey together for five months of continued integration and support. Through monthly online training calls, shared practice, and personal guidance, you’ll deepen your embodiment, refine your space holding, and continue clearing what no longer serves.

This is a training held in deep devotion.
You will be seen. Held. Reflected.
Not just trained - transformed.

At the end of these six months, once you have completed the process with presence and integrity, you will be certified as AWE Life Force Energy Facilitator - and your name will be published on our website as part of the living network of embodied guides rising in service to truth, coherence, and love.

This training is held by two experienced facilitators who live and embody the work they share. With devotion, integrity, and depth, they guide from lived experience - weaving together years of training, spiritual practice, and soul-aligned service. Their medicine is both complementary and powerful - a balance of wild feminine wisdom, deep soul remembrance, coherent structure, and energetic mastery.

  • Ebba is a certified therapist, embodiment coach, sound healer & space holder who bridges the seen and unseen - weaving modern science with ancient shamanic traditions, breath with vibration, stillness with ecstasy. With a background in dance and somatic psychology, she brings a deep, embodied understanding of the human experience into every space she holds.

    Her work is a living transmission - blending movement, sound, breath, and ceremony into portals of transformation. Rooted in Tantric and shamanic lineages, Ebba guides others into the raw, wild intelligence of their bodies and the subtle coherence of the soul.

    Her presence is magnetic: both grounded and otherworldly, structured and free. She doesn’t offer answers - she activates the remembrance already alive in you.


  • Jennie is a certified Life Force Activation facilitator (Level 1 & 2), trained in Tantra, non-dual philosophy, and transformational coaching. Her path is one of deep sensitivity, energetic precision, and feminine devotion.

    She works as a clear channel for Kundalini energy and higher states of consciousness, guiding others into embodied remembrance through Life Force Activations, energetic transmission, and subtle somatic awareness.

    Jennie leads with softness and power - creating a field where deep truths can arise and be met with grace. Her gift is in making the unseen felt, and the sacred accessible.   • Is this a kundalini training?

    Yes - this is a Kundalini training, but not in the way many people expect. We don’t follow a rigid lineage or dogma. Instead, we guide you into a direct, embodied relationship with your own Kundalini-Shakti - the intelligent life force that awakens from within.

    You’ll learn the foundations of Kundalini theory, how the energy moves, and how to support the process in yourself and others. But most importantly, you’ll feel it. Activate it. Become a living expression of it.

    This is not about controlling the energy - it’s about learning to listen, open, and surrender to the intelligence already within you. Rooted in non-duality, tantra, and embodiment, this training offers a grounded and powerful initiation into the mystery of kundalini awakening.

  • Do I need previous experience in energy work or tantra?

    No previous certifications or formal training are required - but you should have already begun your own inner journey. This training is for those who have done some personal work, explored their inner world, and feel ready to go deeper. It’s less about what you’ve studied, and more about your capacity to meet yourself fully. If you’re unsure whether it’s the right fit, reach out - we’re happy to feel into it with you.

  • Will I be able to guide sessions after the training?

    Yes. Upon certification, you’ll be able to facilitate Life Force Activation sessions, both one-on-one and in groups. You’ll also be trained in sacred space holding, which includes the ability to guide ceremonial spaces, energetic openings and closings, and deep transformational containers.

    You won’t just be offering a technique - you’ll be embodying a frequency. And you’ll be listed on our website as a certified AWE Life Force Activation Facilitator, part of a living field of guides walking this path.

  • What's the investment?

    The full investment is 55,000 SEK. A non-refundable deposit of 15,000 SEK secures your spot. If something unexpected arises, the payment can be transferred to a future training. The remaining balance is due 1 week before the on-site immersion begins.

  • Can I pay in installments?

    Yes. We offer flexible payment plans in 3 installments. Invoices can also be sent to your company if applicable.

  • Are scholarships available?

    We offer a limited number of partial scholarships. If you feel deeply called but need financial support, please reach out and share your situation and motivation. We’re happy to explore what’s possible.
